I use Ublock Origin on firefox to block the actual page elements which aides greatly in getting the page readability back in order. I go to zerohedge.com. If pihole isn't working, I can't even load the webpage properly. They have elevated ad bombing to a fine art over there.

EDIT: I was able to get it working thanks to a helpful person in the comments. My issue was I set the DNS to be PiHole in my Router's WAN section but I should have done it in the LAN section so it is now working as expected. Currently my network setup like this: Router: 192.168.1.1 PiHole (Running as a Container on Unraid): 192.168.1.5
